What does it mean to preorder from Realm of Fantasy?

All preorders are subject to a "test" charge. We will run a soft charge against the credit card submitted. If approved - this happens during the checkout process - we void or credit back the credit card. We hold all information for preorder processing. Approximately 3-4 days before shipment arrives, we send an e-mail to all customers with a preorder informing them of our intent to ship. The e-mail will contain information on what is available, hard charge dates, and estimated shipping times. Your preorder holds no risk as you may elect cancel your order for any reason at any time prior to shipment.

All availability estimates are based on information provided by United Cutlery. During preorders, orders are shipped to dealers on a first come first serve basis. This means that it is likely that at times we may not be able to fulfill all preorders with any particular shipment. We will process orders on a first come first serve basis. We will provide as much information as possible about the state of preorders, and we encourage all customers to feel free to contact us for information if you do not find the information you are looking for contained on our website.
